Clipping terms.

1. The program

The AgileBot Clipping Program lets eligible creators make original short-form edits from footage supplied by Agilework, publish them from their own social accounts, and earn from verified eligible views. Agilework is the provider of the program: Buitengaats 43, 1186 MB Amstelveen, Netherlands (KvK 42043596, BTW NL005451829B92).

Participation does not create employment, agency, exclusivity, a partnership, or a promise of work or payment.

2. Who may participate

You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live. If you are under the age of majority, you may participate only with a parent or legal guardian's permission. You must give accurate account and payout information, keep your login secure, and use only social accounts you own or are authorized to use.

3. Footage and your edits

While you remain in the program and follow these Terms, Agilework gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to edit and publish the supplied footage solely for the program. Agilework and its licensors keep all rights in the footage, AgileBot name, and brand assets.

Your submitted post must be a meaningful, original edit. Do not repost supplied footage unchanged, submit another creator's post, duplicate a claim, use bought or automated engagement, or publish spam, deceptive, unlawful, unsafe, or infringing content. You keep rights in your original additions, subject to the licence needed for Agilework to operate, review, promote, and administer the program.

4. Publishing rules

• Publish publicly from the connected account and keep the post and its engagement publicly available while it is being reviewed or tracked.
• Accurately mention AgileBot; do not make misleading product, income, or endorsement claims.
• Use a clear Ad or Sponsored disclosure, the platform's branded-content tools where available, #ad #robloxdev #roblox, and a required public AgileBot comment. We review the comment manually before video approval.
• Follow the rules of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and every other service you use.

5. Eligibility and review

A video may qualify only after it reaches 1,000 public views, a 1% like-to-view ratio, and a 40% Tier 1 audience, and passes ownership, disclosure, originality, account-quality, content, and anti-fraud checks. We may refresh platform data, review posts manually, and reject views or videos that do not meet these rules. Our records and reasonable review decisions control where platform data is incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inconsistent.

When a platform does not provide enough audience-location data, we may request one account-level analytics screenshot for all clips from that connected account for that month. Submit it within 30 days after the month closes. Missing or rejected evidence does not become available balance.

6. Earnings and payout

The current rate is USD 0.50 per 1,000 verified eligible views, limited to the first 50,000 verified eligible views over the lifetime of each video. Earnings are provisional until the applicable month closes, required evidence is accepted, and Agilework completes final settlement. Once a month's program budget is exhausted, videos published before that point remain eligible for their lifetime cap; later videos are not payable that month. Views that fail review or exceed the 50,000-view cap are not payable. We show the current status in the dashboard; no post creates a guaranteed payment.

Verified settled earnings move to available balance and remain there until you withdraw them. When cash-out is enabled, payouts are sent through PayPal to your verified payout email. Failed or returned payouts are returned to available balance after reconciliation. You are responsible for your taxes, reporting, and accurate payout details.

7. Connected accounts and data

By connecting a social account, you authorize Agilework to access the data you approve through that platform's authorization screen solely to identify your account, list eligible posts, measure and verify submitted clips, prevent fraud, and administer earnings. See the Clipping Privacy Notice for details. You can request disconnection or deletion by contacting support@agilebot.dev.

8. Suspension, removal, and disputes

We may pause or remove a creator, post, earning, or payout where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, platform rules, fraud, manipulation, infringement, or harm to the program. We will not remove already-settled, valid earnings solely because we end the program, unless payment is prohibited by law or the earnings were obtained through a breach. Contact support within 14 days of a rejection or suspension with the relevant video and account details for a review.

9. Changes and ending the program

We may change or end the program prospectively. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continued participation after the effective date means you accept them. Ending the program does not erase the review, audit, evidence, reconciliation, tax, or payout obligations for prior activity.

10. Legal terms

These Terms are governed by Dutch law, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise. Courts in Amsterdam have jurisdiction where legally permitted. If one part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. For questions or notices, contact support@agilebot.dev.
