Who we are

Agilework provides the AgileBot Clipping Program at partner.agilebot.dev. We are the controller of the personal data described here: Agilework, Buitengaats 43, 1186 MB Amstelveen, Netherlands (KvK 42043596, BTW NL005451829B92). Contact us at support@agilebot.dev.

What we collect

• Clipping account data: email address, password hash, terms acceptance, login/session information, IP address, and user agent.
• Connected-platform data: the account ID, username or display name, profile link, encrypted authorization tokens, and the data you permit through YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok.
• Post and performance data: video or Reel IDs, titles, captions, links, thumbnails, publishing time, public views, likes, comments, shares, and the outcome of eligibility checks.
• Audience evidence: audience-location data supplied by a platform and, if requested, one account-level analytics screenshot.
• Payout and support data: PayPal payout email, payout status, and messages you send us.

How we use it

We use this data to create and secure your account, connect the publishing account you choose, list your recent posts, validate submissions, track and settle eligible earnings, prevent fraud and abuse, send payouts, respond to support requests, and meet tax and legal obligations. We do not sell social-platform data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to train AI models.

How platform access works

You decide whether to connect a platform through its authorization screen. We request only the access needed for the shown creator features: identifying the connected account, listing and measuring its posts, reading the required public AgileBot comment, and assessing audience eligibility where available. We store authorization tokens encrypted and use them only to provide these clipping features. We do not publish, edit, delete, or message through your social account.

Who receives data

We use hosting, database, email, and payment providers to run the program. PayPal processes payouts when cash-out is enabled. YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok process your authorization and provide the data you choose to share under their own privacy terms. We may disclose data when legally required, to protect the program from fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and connected-platform data while your clipping account is active. We retain submitted-video, payout, fraud-prevention, and tax records for as long as needed to administer the program, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations; financial records may need to be retained for seven years. To disconnect an account, delete your clipping account, or request access to your data, email support@agilebot.dev. We will revoke stored platform access where applicable and delete or anonymize data unless we must retain it for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.

Security and international transfers

We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, password hashing, encrypted authorization-token storage, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure. Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards.

Your rights and changes

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise those rights. We may update this notice; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
